Our first ever entirely Bordeaux blend - this wine shows the width and breadth of Bokisch Vineyards ability in the vineyard and the cellar. It has a classic ruby red color. It has charming aromas of overripe strawberry, cassis, blackberry liquor, and rising bread dough. The varieties in this blend sing in perfect harmony and the wine features flavors of sweet citrus, apple pie, cinnamon, cedar, and earthy sea mist. This wine has a firm but gentle tannic structure and finishes long and lingering. Liz suggests pairing it with Steak with Pomme Frites.
