  • 1 Small Watermelon, sliced in 1/2" thick triangles
  • 4 ozs Feta Cheese, cut in cubes
  • 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 Basil Leaves, cut in ribbons
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt

  1. Arrange watermelon and other ingredients on a platter
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and salt to taste
