Join us for a unique opportunity to learn cooking techniques of the Spanish home cook.  Our dear friend from Spain, Meme Castellà Bel, is hosting an authentic Spanish interactive wine dinner at our home.

The evening will begin with tapas and cocktails by the pool.  After a tour of the garden and vineyard, guests will join Meme in the kitchen as she prepares a typical Spanish dinner of three courses each paired with a Bokisch Vineyards wine.  Guests are welcome to ask questions and get involved.  The setting will be an informal gathering in the Bokisch home in Lodi, California.

Each guest will receive a Bokisch “Paella” kitchen towel, a recipe booklet and an evening to remember.

Meme Castellà Bel
Meme is a wonderful cook.  She hails from the Sant Carles de la Rapita, the Catalan fishing village where Markus and his brother Nik spent their childhood summers.  Meme cooked for our first Dinner in the Vineyard which many of our members still talk about as a wonderful evening.  Her bubbly and easy going personality make learning to cook her recipes fun for people of any skill level.
