Our last class in the Spanish Cooking series is called Tres Allioli’s and it is coming soon on November 3, 2011. Located at Cheese Central, 11 N. School Street in downtown Lodi, California Their professional kitchen is a great venue for plenty of hands on experience. No need to have dinner before the class, we enjoy plenty of food and wine as we cook and dine together!

How about cordero asado or conejo al ajillo? I’d ask for cochinillo, but where can you get suckling pig?
Great idea to do some grilled lamb…I’m not sure about the pig, either. Might be easier to take a road trip to Spain!
