First Ever Catalan Cooking Classes
We're very excited to be hosting 4 Catalan Cooking Classes in Liz's kitchen this August with our good friends Meme, an authentic Catalan cook, and her husband Alex. Each class is limited to 8 people and will be like a friendly dinner party in the home of winemakers Markus and Liz Bokisch.
As we cook together, Markus will keep our glasses full and lead us in a wine tasting. We will also try experimenting with differnt wine pairings for each of the dishes we prepare. If we're really having fun, Markus might surprise us with something special from his wine cellar!
After we're done cooking, we'll sit down for a relaxing Mediterranean style meal of our creations. By the end of the evening, you'll feel you've experienced a Spanish culinary vacation without the dreaded long transatlantic flight!
Couples are welcome to attend together, even if only one of you wishes to cook. Reservations accepted on a first come first serve basis...so sign up right away with this order form! Come watch, eat, drink and toast to Salut!
