Returns & Cancellations
The carrier will make up to three delivery attempts before returning a package to us.
If your shipment is returned to Bokisch Vineyards we retain your original shipping charge. We ask you to cover the expense to re-ship it back to you.
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Bokisch Vineyards is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you cancel with over 48 hours notice, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel with less notice, we will refund if we can fill your slot.
